Around 30 years ago I made my grandmother a rose bead necklace.  It was one of my first pieces…a little primitive but cute…I know she wore it quite a bit & loved it.  When she passed away and her things where divided the necklace was given back to me.

Last year I decided I would recook the beads and make a rosary for my mother.  I was thinking how special it would be for her to have the same rose beads that her mother once owned.

So on her birthday I gave her this rosary.

This Sterling Silver rosary is made with  fifty-three 8mm rose beads.  The six Our Father beads are yellow jasper.  A beautiful stone that has the characteristics of helping a person be strong and balanced.
